Deposits
A selfie with photo of a government-issued ID with nothing blurred out is required for screening. A deposit that is determined by the length of your desired appointment via e-giftcard or transfer.

Cancellations
Small deposit is non-refundable. If I must cancel. then your deposit will be refunded or used towards a future date.
