Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. This is why I want to write a review. I had a terrible experience once, and returned because I wanted to believe it was COVID affected shitty service and situation, but even now they are all about money and 0 service. Girl rushed me, no touching, shit service, took money and gave nothing back. Do not go to Vivid
